SHIPPING POLICY

Thank You for visiting and shopping at ANASTASIONERI. We are dedicated to delivering your products as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed withhin 1-3 bussiness days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are exprencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS(United States Portal Service) from Boise, Idaho. Estimated delivery time within the United States is typical 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customc, Duties, and Taxes

ANASTASIONERI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages 

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at anastasioneri1@gmail.com with photos of the damages packing or product so we can help you resolve the issue.
